Name - Hay Lam Yau

Hay Lam has an honours degree in Engineering and a MBA. He is also a Practitioner of neuro linguistic programming (NLP). Hay Lam had developed his leadership skills through building high performing teams in Philips and H.J.Heinz. He gained his senior executive experience with Sainsbury’s in the UK in a senior operational and strategic transformation role. Hay Lam was then asked to lead the most ambitious strategic programme in the Southern Hemisphere with Coles Myer.
