Richard has worked within organisations across a range of industries and has held senior level positions in organisations both large and small as well as several start-up companies including listed in BRW’s Top 100 Fastest Starters. Richard has a unique ability to quickly spot new opportunities and build teams that bring unlock collective potential, capitalise on combined strengths and inspire sustained high-performance. In his spare time, Richard spends time behind the lens of his camera and has travelled internationally trying to find the one ‘perfect shot’. He draws on this experience in the pursuit of designing and delivering ‘perfectly composed’
organisational solutions.
